Riverview Holiday Apartments (formerly Kalbarri Beach Resort) is situated on 3.1 hectares overlooking the mouth of the Murchison River offering a 25m pool, large wading pool, kids wading pool, playgrounds, share BBQ.

3 bedroom, 1 bathroom, 2 story river front unit. Main room has 1 x Queen bed, Second room has 1 Bunk Bed and Third room has 1  Bunk bed. Living areas downstairs. All bedrooms and bathroom are upstairs access is via a spiral staircase. The unit has a Reverse cycle, split system air conditioner in the main living area. TV in lounge. Microwave, fridge/freezer, stove and oven in kitchen.NO washing machine but Laundry facilities available at resort plus In-House movies, Swimming pool and Resort facilities. This  unit is close to all facilities with a small outdoor setting on the small patio area that faces the river across the road. Watch the Sunset and the boats coming home while enjoying a beverage with out leaving home or enjoy a lovely sunset stroll along the river.

PLEASE NOTE THERE IS A SPIRAL STAIRCASE TO ACCESS BEDROOMS AND BATHROOM UPSTAIRS.

2. Linen and towels ARE provided at this property. Please bring your own beach towels.

6. Consumables i.e. soap, toilet paper, tea, coffee, sugar, sauces etc are NOT provided however you can purchase them from IGA in town.

7. NO smoking inside our properties.
