This older style family home is ideal for a large group or two small families. It is equipped to sleep up to 9 people. In a quiet street not far from the river with a large grassed backyard and patio area. Boasts two driveways so plenty of room for boats.

**Subject to availability** 3 bedroom, 1 bathroom older style beach house consists of 1 x Queen bed in main room, 1 x Tri-bunk bed and 1 set of Bunk beds in second room and 1 x Double bed in third room. Reverse cycle air con in lounge room. Ceiling fans throughout, including all bedrooms. TV and DVD player in lounge. Microwave, fridge/freezer and stove/oven in kitchen, with basic kitchen cooking utensils and a combined dining area. Twin tub washing machine in laundry with separate shower and toilet together in bathroom. BBQ and outdoor furniture under veranda. Lawns surround the house. Fish cleaning table. Plenty of parking with 2 driveways with room for boats as well. The yard is not enclosed. This house is older, basic and in our budget range. So good value for a holiday house. All beds have mattress protectors on them with doonas and pillows. BYO LINEN, Towels, bath mats and Tea towels.
