Property Description
A lovely comfortable family home located on a quiet street not far from Blue Holes Beach and a short stroll to town and all amenities. Plenty of room for the boat and extra vehicles, this home will accommodate up to 8 guests.

3 bedroom, 1 bathroom brick home. 1 x Queen bed in main room, 1 x Queen bed in second room and 2 sets of Bunk beds in 3rd room. Reverse cycle air con, ceiling fan, TV and DVD player in large lounge room, one end has a day bed to chill out on. New Washing machine, Large bait fridge/freezer in laundry. Microwave, fridge/freezer, wall oven and stove top in kitchen, which is fully stocked for all your cooking needs and overlooks the dining area. Reverse cycle air con and ceiling fan to main bedroom (bathroom is semi-ensuite to main bedroom, toilet separate) Bath and separate shower in bathroom.


BBQ on spacious undercover back patio area with big table and stools. Fully enclosed lawn backyard withdrive through access so perfect for boats to secure behind gates. Plenty of parking. Fish cleaningtable/sink is a BONUS....
