This older style, quirky but cosy beach house has had some recent improvements to make it even more comfortable and homely. There are 3 bedrooms, including 1 Queen bedroom in the open upstairs level, with 1 Queen bedroom, and 1 x children's only bunk bed on the ground level. All bedrooms have their own reverse cycle air cons and the upstairs bedroom opens onto a private external balcony.
All new flooring throughout the ground floor bedrooms, kitchen, lounge and dining areas.
Kitchen with gas oven/stove, fridge/freezer and microwave adjacent to a small relaxing area. Lounge room has a TV, DVD, ceiling fan and reverse cycle air con, also has the dining area opposite that looks out over the tree filled back yard. The Bathroom has a large double shower, vanity and toilet. Older style external laundry with auto washing machine, second toilet and second fridge. Plenty of parking under shady trees out the front of the property.
The rear outdoor area is made for the Australian environment - from the fire pit to the outdoor BBQ on the decked patio area and plenty of room for a game of cricket or football on the lawn. There is also a front courtyard with bench seating in the shade. A fantastic place to holiday and great for families. Close enough to the river you will be able to hear the waves crashing at night. A $50 Dog Fee Applies. (Bring your own Dog Bed) No Pets inside or on any furniture or bedding (fees apply for laundering if this happens) "PREFERABLY A COMPLETE NO SMOKING PROPERTY"

Our magical National Park Gorges now with 2 sky walks and with the Murchison River being a backdrop will keep every member of the family occupied. Kalbarri now has a new cycle/walk path that runs the length of the town foreshore and passes the newly completed, awesome environmentally friendly huge pirate playground.
Kalbarri offers you activities such as canoeing, fishing, charters, crabbing, sailing, wind surfing, 4 wheel driving, quad bike riding, snorkelling, swimming, hiking, bird-watching, photography, golf, bowls, scenic flights, shopping, wildflowers just to name a few.
