Property Description

This wonderful 2 storey Home is located up at Port Kalbarri approx. 5 kms from the town centre. The views are fantastic all along the coast line. A lovely home to come back to and relax in after a day out sightseeing. You will not be disappointed.

Bluff Heights is a beautiful home that would suit a few couples wanting to experience a getaway to relax and unwind without leaving the property. A great Adults Retreat Only.

 

This home has 4 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms. Outside patio with BBQ area, upstairs small balcony, garage and plenty of parking with a huge backyard with various trees and shrubs. Downstairs - From the entrance you enter the airconditioned lounge area with a White leather sofa and large TV. This flows through to the open plan dining and kitchen area all with views. The well stocked kitchen has a gas stove top with electric oven, dishwasher, microwave and fridge. The hallway leads through to three bedrooms, two queen size beds in two rooms, and two single beds in the other. Two bathrooms with shower and toilet, and the laundry with auto washing machine.

 

Upstairs - Is the airconditioned master bedroom with a Queen size bed, walk-in robe and separate bathroom with huge spa bath with shower and toilet. There is a smaller separate lounge area with sink and small bar fridge that leads onto the small balcony to sit and enjoy that view.

 

The front has a circular driveway for easy access to the garage for parking. Can fit a boat as well. Situated in a very quiet street where you will no doubt see a few Kangaroos and emus wandering by.

2. Linen and towels ARE provided at this property. Please bring your own beach towels.
