Property Description

Our deluxe 2 bedroom villa is a self-contained, 2 storey townhouse, situated in a complex of 7 villas. The main bedroom has a king bed. There is a communal pool, WIFI and Foxtel to enjoy. A short stroll to the river and shops.

Downstairs the villas include a modern kitchen with premium stainless steel appliances, laundry with washing machine and a separate toilet. The open plan lounge and dining area has a 55" Smart TV, Blue Ray Blu-ray player and Bluetooth stereo.

 

Upstairs are the two bedrooms, a bathroom and an additional toilet. There is also an open sitting room with an additional lounge, television and Blu-ray player.

 

Our Kalbarri accommodation also offers you air conditioning in both of the bedrooms and living area. There is a patio with outdoor setting and BBQ in your own lock up courtyard, with clothes line and your own undercover parking bay. Kalbarri Blue Ocean Villas is ideally situated in a complex of 7 villas, with a beautiful shared pool. Positioned just a stone's throw from IGA, the beach and only a short walk to town centre, cafes, shops and restaurants. WIFI and Foxtel are also available.

2. Linen and towels ARE provided at this property. Please bring your own beach towels.

6. Consumables i.e. soap, toilet paper, tea, coffee, sugar, sauces etc are NOT provided however you can purchase them from IGA in town.

7. NO smoking inside our properties.
