**Subject to availability** This lovely brick home with an open plan kitchen, dining and lounge area is situated in a quiet street with a very short walk to the shops, medical centre, hotels and the beach.
There are 3 good size bedrooms, main bedroom has 1 x queen size bed with a large private ensuite, walk in robe and aircon. Second bedroom has 1 x double bed and 1 x single bed with cupboards . The third bedroom has 1 x queen bed, also with cupboards. There is a large second bathroom with separate toilet as well.
The good size, well stocked and equipped kitchen area has an oven/stove, dishwasher, microwave and fridge, and all the necessary cooking items you will need. The kitchen flows through to the dining area and onto the lounge with a big comfy couch and large screen TV.
All bedrooms have ceiling fans, along with the living areas that also has an air conditioner and gas heater.
Laundry has a fully auto washing machine.
From the kitchen you walk onto to the lovely outdoor entertaining area on the back patio with a BBQ and second fridge to help entertain.
The house is surrounded by well kept gardens and lawns. There is a undercover carport and room to park a few cars or the family boat as well. The property is fully fenced and does have gates. The Garage is NOT available for use.You will enjoy this property it does tick all the boxes.

Kalbarri now has a new cycle/walk path that runs the length of the town foreshore and passes the newly completed, awesome environmentally friendly huge pirate playground.
