This lovely brick home with a open plan kitchen, dining and lounge area is situated in a quiet street with avery short walk to the shops, medical center, hotelsandthe beach.
There are 3 good size bedrooms, main bedroom has a queen size bed with a large private ensuite, walkin robe and aircon, 2ndbedroom hasa double bed and single bed with cupboards . The 3rd bedroom hasanother queenbed also with cupboards.There is a large second bathroom with seperate toilet as well.
The good size well stocked & equipped kitchen area has a oven/stove, dishwasher, microwave & fridge and all the necessary cooking items you will need that flows through to the dining area and onto the lounge with a big comfy couch and large screen TV.
All bedrooms have ceiling fans along with the living areas that also has a airconditioner and gas heater.
Laundry has a fully auto washing machine.
The kitchen flows through to the lovely outdoor entertaining area on the back patio with a BBQ and second fridge to help entertain.
The house is surrounded by well kept gardens and lawns. There is a undercover carport and room to park a few cars or the family boat as well. The property is fully fenced and does have gates. The Garage is NOT available foruse.You will enjoy this property it does tick all the boxes.
