**Subject to availability** This lovely apartment is tastefully decorated and spotlessly clean, it has 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms (ensuite to main bedroom). It is in a Great location a 2 minute walk to the marina and close to shops. Main bedroom has a Queen bed, built in robes with a second TV enclosed, the ensuite bathroom includes a shower and toilet. The Second Room has a Queen Bed, and the third bedroom also has a Queen size bed with built in robes as well. The large spacious Lounge and Dining area has a dining room suite and luxurious lounge with a large screen TV and DVD player, plus reverse cycle air con.
The well stocked kitchen has a Microwave, dishwasher, new fridge/freezer, oven and separate stove top, overlooking the dining area and out over the gardens that surround the back patio. Main bathroom has a bath and separate shower, this also overlooks a small private garden area. Laundry with auto washing machine and separate toilet. The unit has a Iron and ironing board.
Fully enclosed lovely small private back patio area with bench, sink and draining board, fridge/freezer and BBQ, plus outdoor seating. All surrounded by lovely maintained gardens and an Outdoor Shower to wash off after the beach. Full Private Undercover carport and extra parking for boat. Lovely green front lawns make this Unit your home away from home. You will love everything about this Owner maintained apartment.
