Property Description

Riverview Holiday Apartments (formerly Kalbarri Beach Resort) is situated on 3.1 hectares overlooking the mouth of the Murchison River offering a 25m pool, large wading pool, toddlers pool, playgrounds, shared BBQs .

2 bedroom, 1 bathroom upstairs unit. Main Room has 1 x Queen bed, Second room at the moment has 1 x Double bed and 1 SINGLE bed. The Unit has a Reverse cycle, split system air conditioner in the main living area. TV, DVD player, VCR, and stereo in living area. Small heater available. Kitchen has a Stove but NO OVEN, microwave and fridge/freezer and all the necessary cooking and crockery required. The bathroom is tastefully renovated. No washing Machine. Laundry facilities available within the resort, In-house movies, Swimming pool and Resort facilities. A very clean, freshly painted through out, neat and tidy unit to come home and relax in after visiting the Kalbarri sights, or a morning spent around the pool.

2. Linen and towels ARE provided at this property. Please bring your own beach towels.

3. Strictly NO pet property.

4. ALL our properties are fully self contained.

6. Consumables i.e. soap, toilet paper, tea, coffee, sugar, sauces etc are NOT provided however you can purchase them from IGA in town.

7. NO smoking inside our properties.
