Kingview 2 is a lovely apartment with glorious views of the ocean and coastal cliffs. The 2 bedroom, 2 bathroom apartment would suit 2 couples wanting to holiday in accommodation that offers you views to sit back and relax and enjoy.

2 bedroom, 2 bathroom 2 storey Apartment. 1 large room with 1 x Queen bed and large ensuite plus small sitting area, all with views. The Second room has 1 x Double bed, all downstairs. Reverse cycle air con in living area (upstairs) and both bedrooms (downstairs). Large screen TV, in lounge. Microwave, dishwasher, stove, oven and fridge/freezer in the well stocked kitchen,. Second Bathroom with separate toilet is combined in the laundry with a washing machine. There is an extra powder room upstairs as well.

 

Separate single garage available. Fantastic views of the coastal cliffs and ocean. The BBQ is situated on small back patio. The driveway is shared side by side with Unit 1 so limited parking of 2 cars. Please No parking on lawns due to retic.

 

DOWNSTAIRS; Main bedroom with ensuite, 2nd bedroom, 2nd bathroom and laundry.

 

UPSTAIRS; Large Kitchen/dining/living area with views up and down the powder room, and small balcony with views.

2. Linen and towels ARE provided at this property. Please bring your own beach towels.

3. Strictly NO pet property.

6. Consumables i.e. soap, toilet paper, tea, coffee, sugar, sauces etc are NOT provided however you can purchase them from IGA in town.

7. NO smoking inside our properties.
