Two storey 3 bedroom, 2 bathroom home. 1 x Queen bed in main room with box air con (cool only) and views. 1x Tri-bunk bed, 1 x Single bed in second room both upstairs. Shower and separate toilet in upstairs bathroom. Reverse cycle air con in lounge (upstairs) and 1 x Queen size bedroom (downstairs). Extra pedestal fans available. Large Kitchen with Dining area includes microwave, dishwasher, gas hot plates and oven in downstairs kitchen. Separate Laundry with washing machine, iron/ironing board and second toilet. Main Bathroom down stairs . Extra kitchenette upstairs with fridge, to serve the afternoon sunset snacks.

 

DOWNSTAIRS - 1 bedroom with a double bed and reverse cycle air con. Large bathroom and Shower with separate toilet. Kitchen with dishwasher, gas hot plates, gas oven, large fridge/freezer and dining room. Laundry with washing machine, ironing board and iron. Patio down stairs with BBQ and fish cleaning table. Fully secure yard with side boat access, large pet friendly yard. Plenty of parking on the "U-Shaped" driveway.

 

UPSTAIRS - 2 bedrooms (1 x queen bed with a box air con, the other with 1 x tri bunk and 1 x single), bathroom and separate toilet. Lounge with TV, DVD player, CD player and USB port sound system. Reverse cycle air conditioning in lounge. Kitchenette with kettle, fridge and kitchenware. Outdoor dining setting and outdoor lounge on fantastic large deck with views of the river and ocean, and those sunsets "WOW".

 

Staircase outside at the back of the property and spiral staircase inside. NO BABYGATES. PLEASE NOTE: THERE IS A $50.00 DOG FEE, this does not allow pets to be inside, a extra cleaning fee will occur if you have had your pet inside including laundering of all linen, carpets etc. BYO DOG BED.

 

PLEASE NOTE:

1. If you are having difficulty booking the dates you require or the price generated seems incorrect please call Kalbarri Accommodation Service and one of our reservation consultants will be happy to assist you.

2. Linen and towels ARE provided at this property. Please bring your own beach towels.

3. Pet Friendly, but STRICTLY no pets inside. $50 fee applies. (Max 1dog) Any excess cleaning due to a pet inside will be charged to you.

4. ALL our properties are fully self contained.

5. NONE of our properties are serviced.

6. Consumables i.e. soap, toilet paper, tea, coffee, sugar, sauces etc are NOT provided however you can purchase them from IGA in town.

7. NO smoking inside our properties.
