Older style, partially renovated, 3 bedroom home, (1bedroom upstairs with queen bed and 2 downstairs 1 with queen bed and 1 with 2 x bunks). The new owners have done a great job making this older style cottage comfortable and cozy just for you. Property has kitchen/dining area combined and seperate air conditioned lounge. Bathroom boasts large shower and toilet . With older style external laundry which includes auto washing machine and 2nd toilet. Plenty of parking under shady trees out the front of the property. The outdoor area is made for the Australian environment, from the gorgeous Fire pit to the BBQ/kitchen and plenty of room for a game of cricket or football on the lawn. Or just relaxing in the cane lounge. A fantastic place to holiday and great for families. Close enough to the river you will be able to hear the waves crashing at night. Amenities include TV, VCR/DVD combo & CD player.
